About the Founder
Jim Quinn's career reflects a strong focus on driving operational efficiency and growth across a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, Apparel, Home Goods, and Agricultural Biotech. He applies lessons learned from one industry to help others create competitive advantages and optimize performance.
Early in his career, Jim took on operational and supply chain roles at Fortune 500 companies, eventually becoming the first supply chain hire at Fitbit. There, he helped build and scale the company’s global supply chain from under $100M to over $1B in three years.
Since his time at Fitbit, Jim has continued to lead organizations through transformative growth or turnaround phases with positions ranging from COO, President, and CEO.
Jim holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.Combining his education with extensive hands-on executive leadership experience and a diverse background across multiple industries, Jim adopts a holistic approach to business challenges.
His broad understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Product Development, and IT enables him to closely partner with a cross- functional team to offer insightful analysis, uncover root causes, and craft practical strategies that drive sustainable, long-term transformation.
